1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between you and YourSolutions for use of the yoursolutions.top website and any service we provide. If you don't agree, don't use the site or services.
2. Services
YourSolutions provides social-platform growth, automation, and ranking services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. If you contract on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use services for content or campaigns that:
- violate applicable law in any relevant jurisdiction;
- promote violence, hate speech, or harassment;
- contain child sexual abuse material or other illegal content;
- defraud, deceive, or scam third parties;
- infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any engagement that violates this section.
5. Platform policies
Services interact with third-party platforms (Telegram, Discord, X, Instagram). Each platform has its own terms of service. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable platform terms for your specific use case. We make reasonable engineering efforts to operate within platform tolerances but cannot guarantee against platform-side enforcement actions.
6. Account safety
We engineer services for account survival but cannot guarantee zero account losses. Reasonable account survival rates are stated in service-specific documentation and engagement contracts.
7. Payment
Pricing is quoted per engagement. Payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Refunds for unfulfilled scope are handled on a case-by-case basis per the engagement contract.
8. Intellectual property
The site content, branding, and proprietary tooling are owned by YourSolutions. You retain ownership of materials you provide for your campaigns. By providing materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your engagement.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties hold each other's non-public information in confidence. Specific NDAs are available on request for larger engagements.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is". Beyond the specific commitments in any engagement contract, we make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Terms or services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice per the engagement contract. We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services immediately for breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the engagement contract. In the absence of such statement, disputes are resolved under the laws of the operator's primary place of business.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
